Blanched crisp broccoli with fresh orange segments, sliced red cabbage and toasted cashews with a toasted sesame vinaigrette.
Pommery Potato Salad
Red-skinned potatoes with diced bell peppers and red onions in a whole grain mustard vinaigrette.
Dijon Potato Salad
Same as above except with a dijonnaise dressing.
Greek Village Salad
Cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, crumbled Feta cheese, Kalamata olives and scallions tossed with romaine lettuce, served with a Greek red wine vinaigrette.
Peanut Noodles
Oriental lo mein noodles tossed with broccoli flowerettes, red bell peppers, sliced red cabbage and crushed roasted peanuts in a Thai peanut sauce. (Chicken or shrimp may be added for an entree salad).
Blanched Vegetable Salad
